Shipping and Returns

All orders placed will be prepared for shipping within 2-3 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be prepared for shipping within the following 2 business days.

Shipping typically takes around 3-10 days but may take longer depending on your location. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee will apply.

Please note that we ship only to residential and business addresses and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Freight Forwarding Facilities.

At this time, we currently ship only within North America, specifically to addresses in the United States and Canada. We are not offering international shipping outside of these regions.

We hope you love everything you order, but if something isn’t quite right, you may return any product purchased on our site within 30 days from the shipment date for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Please note that original shipping charges and any gift wrapping costs are non-refundable.

To ensure a smooth return process, please include your name, email address, and order number along with the returned item(s).

Note: We only accept returns for items purchased directly from our website. If you purchased an item from a different retailer, please refer to that company's return policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For items beyond the 30-day return period, we’ll gladly consider returns for any products with manufacturing defects.

To serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges at this time. If you need a different item or size, please place a new order through our website. As soon as we receive your return, we'll process a refund to your original method of payment.
